Comments
When a visitor leaves a comment, we collect the data visible in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and the signature of his browser as an aid to spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (the so-called hash) can be sent to Gravatar to check if you are using it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once a comment is approved, your profile image is publicly visible in the context of your comment.
Media
If you are a registered user and you upload images to the site, you should avoid uploading images with EXIF location tags. Visitors can download and read full location data from the images on the site.
